1) yes, this picture is supposed to be dark. if you've never played SCP: Containment Breach, go watch a video and you'll see why. 2) since the picture is dark, it's hard to see, but that light is from the flash light on top of one of the MTF soldiers. 3) ~puplet gave me the idea for the rat's colours. 4) yes, that is blood on his hands. yes, it's part of his character design.
i adore SCP and the SCPs themselves. i had no idea this guy existed until i saw a video mentioning him and i royally flipped out; i adore plague doctors. so damn right i did fan art of this dapper murderer.
